Malina would like to offer you several delivery options in the UK and the EU:
Returns & Exchange
We understand that once you receive our Malina jewellery, it may not fit or suit you, therefore we are happy to either refund or exchange those for you. Our policy is to give you 14 days to decide whether you’d like to keep those items.
This period starts the day our contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have despatched your order) and ends 14 days after the day following delivery of the goods.
If returning, simply send the items back by post in the original condition with the tag and the return form. We will inform you by email when we have received the items. If the condition of the items is satisfactory we endeavour to refund the money within 48hours from the day after we have sent you the acceptance of returned items email.
